Library Journal Review

Ten years ago Angie Curtis left Harbor Haven, the coastal Maine town she called home. Now at the request of her grandmother Charlotte, Angie returns, happy to be reunited with the woman who raised her after her mother disappeared. As she explores the town and the new needlepoint business Charlotte has launched, Angie agrees to check out the business associate who has not been timely in paying Charlotte. When a man dies under mysterious circumstances and both women become suspects, Angie stitches together the clues that lead her to an old cold case-her mother's. VERDICT A cozy debut that hits all the sweet spots: small town, family ties, and a crew of intriguing personalities. Wait is also the author of the Agatha Award-nominated "Antique Print" series.
